Western Sydney University ranked 1st in the world in THE Impact Ranking

In the latest Times Higher Education (THE) University Impact Rankings, Western Sydney University has achieved the top spot globally for its significant contributions to social, ecological, and economic advancements.

The university has secured the top position globally for the second consecutive year, marking a historic achievement for an Australian institution. These renowned annual rankings evaluate universities' dedication to the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), encompassing their teaching, research, outreach, and stewardship performance.

Western Sydney University's accomplishment places it at the top of the 1,700 institutions assessed.
