Overview

Flinders University is a public research university based in Adelaide and has 11 campuses in South Australia and Northern Territory. It was founded in 1966 and is named after British navigator Matthew Flinders, who explored and surveyed the South Australian coastline in the early 19th century.

Flinders University offers a range of undergraduate and postgraduate programs in various fields, including business, creative arts, education, health sciences, humanities, law, science, information technology and engineering, among others. It also strongly focuses on innovation and interdisciplinary research, with a mission to positively contribute to society through education, research, and community engagement.
